We had a great, although not exactly as-planned weekend.
Our little lady is sporting a bandage from the vet, after she managed to get a laceration that partially separated the pad of her dew claw from her leg. Major ouch! She's doing great, but keeping her away from that bandage has been an adventure.
Friday night we celebrated the wedding of two of our gym buddies. We love these two and couldn't be happier for them! It was such a fun night, too, as most of the gym came out for the wedding. We love our Crossfit family.
We spent the remainder of the weekend doing some backyard clean-up (holy leaves, batman!) and working on the kitchen. Three cheers for progress on the cabinets-on-the-walls front!
Not pictured? Fun family celebrations and some extra sleep (thanks Daylight Saving Time!). Also not pictured? Shalai's foot in my face all of Saturday night. The only way to keep that little stinker from taking her bandage off was to have her sleep next to me, so I spent most of the night with her foot in my face.
